Alliance to increase sales

In compliance with SDG 17 Alliance to achieve the goals. Is that we created a winning alliance between Agencia Verde and Sabio, which consists of strengthening both work teams for the benefit of our clients, where Sabio contributes with the technical part and Agencia Verde with the commercial and communication strategy.

The results of this collaboration have been immediate and highly profitable because in two months we were able to close two contracts with Corporación Moctezuma and Kleenex.

The first project consists of conducting an analysis of Cementos Moctezuma in terms of sustainability with the objective of identifying good practices to highlight as well as areas of opportunity that will allow the brand to add value, differentiate itself and of course increase its profitability. In this project we carried out the following activities:

• Environmental diagnosis.

• Review of environmental indicators.

• Internal and external analysis (national and international benchmark).

• Study of international norms and standards specific to the cement sector.

• Design of action plan to strengthen the sustainability department of the company.

Benefits for the client:

• Having a team of specialists in sustainable development, which allows the company to continue focusing on its business in harmony with the planet.

• Provide information to Moctezuma's customers and distributors so that they comply with local regulations.

• Provide favorable points for certifications in the construction sector for the use of construction materials with low environmental impact.

• Create powerful and congruent communication messages for the marketing campaign.

The second project involves measuring and offsetting the carbon footprint of the Kleenex recycling campaign, giving full congruence to their initiative. It is one more step towards winning the global Net Zero race.

This alliance is another example of our successful collaboration model with the companies we partner with for the design and execution of corporate sustainability programs.
