Food Made Good Certification

Food Made Good is the world's most recognised restaurant industry standard for measuring sustainability in the restaurant industry. The certification is a measure of Rosetta's sustainability, as well as pointing out where and how the organization can be more successful. Food Made Good has enabled thousands of companies to start talking about their achievements in food and sustainability. 

The certification has ten framework areas and requires organizing a folder with the necessary documentation to apply for the process and answer the standard's questionnaire.

The objective of the project was to integrate a sustainability programme into the company's business strategy that it will be able to capitalize on through its customers by offering them food service by operating the company under global sustainable practices.

The actions carried out for the certification were:

  • Design of internal policies.

  • Assessment in terms of sustainability of food production processes.

  • Measurement of ecological footprint.

  • Calculation of figures for the certification application/questionnaire.

  • Answers for the Food Made Good Sustainability Rating application.

  • Evidence folder.
